Personalised sessions are structured to help you achieve your goals, from getting fit to losing weight, toning up, building muscle, training for an event or to feel better physically and/or mentally.


Sessions can take place at a studio in Cambuslang, Glasgow, or we can come to your home, a local park or any other space you want to use. You can even opt for on-line sessions via Skype if that's more convenient!


Price of sessions will vary due to travel times.


You will receive a detailed programme that takes into account all aspects of your health and fitness including your nutrition, lifestyle and daily activities.
